Can I buy directly on this website?
This site is a product catalogue and enquiry builder. Add collections to your quote bag and download a brief to share with your Tazz contact. Online payment and automatic order placement are not currently available.
Where can I find prices?
Prices depend on the confirmed product specification, quantities, sizes, customisation, and delivery requirements. Request an itemised written quote before ordering.
Can I order a complete team kit?
Use the Team orders page to prepare your brief. Include your sport, team size, size breakdown, branding requirements, destination, and required date. Minimum quantities and production options must be confirmed.
Are all accessories in a photograph included?
Images show a collection’s styling and may contain several items. Confirm the exact contents of each quoted kit, including any accessories or protective equipment, before placing an order.
How do I choose my size?
Prepare your body measurements using our Size guide, then request the product-specific chart. Sizes selected in the quote bag are preferences pending confirmation, not a guarantee of fit or availability.
Can I add my team colours, logo, or player numbers?
Include the requested colours, logo placement, and player numbering in your team brief. Availability, artwork requirements, samples, and any additional costs are confirmed in your quote. You must have permission to reproduce the artwork you supply.
Where do you deliver, and how long will it take?
Destinations, carriers, shipping charges, production lead times, and delivery estimates are confirmed individually. Include your country and event deadline in the first enquiry.
What is the returns policy?
Request the return, cancellation, exchange, and refund terms for your particular order before accepting a quote. Personalised products may have different terms where permitted by law. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Are the collections officially Olympic endorsed?
No official Olympic affiliation, federation certification, athlete endorsement, or performance certification is claimed by this catalogue. Ask for item-specific documentation if your sport requires certified equipment.
Did downloading my enquiry send a message?
No. Downloading creates a text file on your device. You must share it with your Tazz contact. Where an email action is available, it only opens a draft in your email application for you to review and send.
Will my quote bag be saved?
Selections are saved in your browser by default. Choose This visit only in Cookie preferences to use session storage instead. Clearing site data removes selections, and blocked storage can prevent them from persisting.
